Win2k3 Terminal Services with Netware as primary login

Your advice is appreciated.

I have a Win2k3 server running terminal services. We are a Netware shop so I
load the Netware client on the box (installed as a terminal services
application). Upon login to the system my Windows based authentication login
appears first, followed by my netware.

I have netware setup to dynamically create the user in windows upon the
novell login, this works on four different servers, but no matter what I have
done on this server I can't get the netware login to appear first (It does
appear first and dynamically logs in when I am at the machine, just not via
RDP). The Winlogon gina shows NWGINA like it should, I just can't get the
terminal service client to do the netware first.

Suggestions? Questions?
