Terminal server printing and taking control of remote sessions...

We have two Server 2003 terminal servers that our employees use to remote
with to run software on. We also have outside customers that use a Terminal
server and our employees, being a member of the Power Users group on that
server, have the ability to remote control a session to assist our outside
customers. Giving them this right also gives them the ability to see other
printers that everyone else has mapped. The question is, how do you give
them the ability to remote control a session yet make it to where they only
see their mapped printers?
