Vera Noest and I have both confirmed that you must be a member of the
administrators group to logon to an RDP Console Session. The next time we
speak to the Terminal Server Product Group I'll bring this up so we can get
better clarification on why this works the way it does.
We usually have a conference call about once every quarter.
