RE: Transfer license CALS to a new machine

Is there anyway to reset the licenses at the server without having to call in
to Microsoft. We are not tryin to do anything illigal. Here is the deal.
Our district users are changing out their machines and when the new machines
connect they are taking additional licenses. The server is a 2003 server.
Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks
