Wrond Format Date on Terminal Users

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I use a Windows 2000 server with terminal services. Although the locale of
every terminal user and Server's Administrator is Greek, there are times that
the format date of a user suddenly changes to the American Format (
mm/dd/yyyy ) and not the Greek Format ( dd/mm/yyyy ), without any manual
changes to the Regional Options.
Can you help me to find a solution to this problem?
Thank you
