Profile error

I have SBS 2003 as the DC then two member servers (Windows Server 2003) as
terminal servers. Everyday when my users try to log on they get a profile
error which says the local profile can not be loaded and a temporary one is
used. I then restart the two member servers and everything works fine. This
does not happen for two users who have been added to the domain recently. I
have removed any AV and back up software and the problem is still the same. A
few months ago my DC server died and had to be replaced. As I wanted to
change the domain name it was not a straightforward replacement. I moved the
member servers to the new domain by unjoining them from the old DC and
attaching them to the new one. I think it is since this I have had the
profile problem. Any users which I have had on the member servers in both
domains now have this profile problem. I feel confident that if I were to
format the member servers and start again this would fix the problem. But as
this is a long process I wanted to know if you could help me with why this is
happening and how I can fix it? I have tried completely deleting one of the
users of the system and then recreating them but the problem is till the same.

Please help!
