NT 4.0 TSE does not support redirected printers in an rdp session.
So you need NetBIOS name resolution to be able to connect to your
local printer (which you must share on the client).
I'm not sure that you can get this to work, unless you have a VPN
connection to your LAN where the NT4 TSE is.
