RE: Office 2003 Apps on TS

I have tested it on a machine that simply had the default OS, TS, and Office
installs and the SPs. Same problem. I've built it from a Dell recovery CD
with 2003 on it and a MS 2003 CD. Same problem. Different server models and
hardware. Same problem. Standard and Enterprise, same problem.
None of my TS servers are in an AD environment. Could that have anything to
do with it?
What is a PSS call? I'm not familiar with the term.
The issue is that it is really hard to isolate the problem. I have up to
90-100 users on each server, using multiple apps all day, and only get 20
messages in the Event Viewer a day. Along with Office apps, IE and Explorer
show up as well, along with 'fault bucket' messages. Not a lot, but they are
there daily.
It certainly doesn't keep my employees from working, but it does concern me
that there may be an underlying issue here that could to bigger and badder
things. Perhaps nothing. I'm just hoping for a break-thru.
