Clients being disconnected

We are having a problem on the Terminal Server, and we appreciate any hints
or suggestions form all of you. Here is the situation.
We have two locations and two servers. The IP of the computers at one
location are 192.168.100.x. And the IP of the computers at the other
location are 192.168.0.x. We connect both locations together through a T1
line and two routers.
For the servers, both of them are located at the 192.168.100.x side. One of
the servers is a file server and the other server is the Terminal Server.
The problem is once a while the Terminal Server will disconnect all the users
from 192.168.0.x one by one (but not the users from 192.168.100.x)
After the disconnection, if the users at 192.168.0.x try to reconnect to the
Terminal Server, they will get a time out error. We are able to ping the IP
or the computer’s name of the Terminal Server from the clients; we are also
able to ping the IP or the computers name of the clients form the Terminal
Server. We checked the Event Viewer of both servers and found nothing. We
ran DCDIAG and NETDIAG on both servers and all the tests were passed.
Don’t forget that the clients connect from 192.168.100.x are still running
fine, and they have no problem at all. It seems like that the Terminal
Server is not listening to the 192.168.0.x clients. The only thing we can do
to fix the problem is to reboot the Terminal Server; however, after a few
days, the problem happens again.
