Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I've noticed some references recently to Microsoft having released a
benchmark showing that a 4P 64-bit dual-core AMD machine could support
almost twice as many users as some previous (unidentified) system. I
haven't seen anything out of Microsoft. AMD has some graphs that seem to
match this, but no article to go with them. Anyone have a pointer to a full
description of this benchmark and results?
