New to TS 2003 - Application launching

I would like to host our company's applications on a Windows 2003 Terminal
Server, but I also do not want to have to use RDP console. I want our users
to access an application from a web site and click on the applications link
and voila - the application launches regardless of OS (more like Windows OS
probably - Linux would be good too) - I think its called 'seamless window'.
I know Citrix has a solution like this, but VERY confused with the new
products. I just want to get to the point - I have 20-30 users that I want
these features for.

Can anyone suggest a product and its exact name that maybe is a standalone
from TS 2003 or work also in conjunction with TS 2003? Again, I do not kow
enough about the competing solutions - asides from Citrix for our Windows
based apps. And with Citrix, I am confused which BASIC product I should
pursue.

Lastly, any ideas on cost for 20-30 users - ball park figure?

Thank you all.
