RE: Known printers for use with TS

Has anyone had experience with the HP3500 in a terminal service environment?
One of the remote locations purchased and installed it. On the Termianl
services we added HP's hosted drivers.

However when they connect in they are not able to print.

is there any suggestions you can give us.
HP says the printer is terminal services compatible.
