We don't use Citrix, or ThinPrint, or triCerat, or....
It makes little sense to me that I should pay $1000s in additional software
order to support $50-$150 printers. What I'd rather do is develop a list of
current printers that work with TS and recommend only those printers to our
users. I'm perfectly happy telling our users that Lexmark doesn't give a
damn about them and they should look elsewhere.
