Anyone know session directory in SBS 2003 Environment

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I need to deploy Session Directory in a SBS 2003 environment. I have NLB
configured and have followed KB301923 but when I open TSC on the SBS box
Session directory is not there.

The TSD service is running.
