This behavior occurs because Windows Server 2003 does not support
Kernel mode print drivers by default.
NOTE: Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 print drivers are Kernel mode
drivers.

All-in-One printers are known to cause problems is a TS session. At
best, you get printing-only functionality. Map the printer to a
native 2003 driver by creating a custom ntprintsubs.inf file on the
server:
