Migration TS license server from w2000 to w2003 and on different s

Hi,

We are having windows 2003 domain environment (recently upgraded from
windows 2000) . We have terminal services being used with citrix metaframe
xp.

1) currently TS license server is working and issues licenses, do i need to
upgrade my TS Device cals to 2003?, if yes how?
2) Currently TS license server is on the one of domain controller, now I want
to migrate ts license server from this 2003 server dc to other 2003 server
dc. what is the procedure.
