Run Purify thought the Application Compatibility Analyzer. It will tell you
if it will work with TS and may have some compatibility patches. Sounds
lock a locking issue on a resource - either file or registry contention
which is common for many legacy apps. If so you can only get it working
with the help of the vendor.
