Application error after SP1 installed

I installed Windows 2003 SP1 over the weekend. Now client computer cannot run
Outlook (XP) over Citrix connection.

OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error
The application failed to inialize properly (0xc0000096). Click on OK to
terminate the application.

I can run Outlook locally on the server.

I installed Citrix SP4
