Bandwidth Stats

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Has anyone got any actual stats on how much bandwidth a TS connection uses on
average. I need figures to compare a "client server" app that we currently
run for our remote users over VPN to running the same app via TS.
