The default location for all files is always to "My Documents" except for
older applications. This can be set on server-wide basis using Group Policy
and login scripts. The file locations can be to anywhere in the network
where you can map a drive.
A common scenario is to save file from a session on TS-A to
\\FileServerB\CompanyFiles and map this to drive "Q" or some standard drive
letter.
If you want file on the users PC to be "in the session" then enable "drive
mapping" for RDP and the drives on the client will show in Explorer as
\\tsclient\C and look like any other share. If you want - map a drive
letter to it. However I don't recommend using drive letters for anything
but old applications that will not work with shares.
