Hi,
I think the program is raising an error when executing outside the console.
You can try run the program thru terminal server, but conecting to the
console session. This is possible. I assume your are using mstsc (remote
desktop client) to connect to the server.
Start-->Run...
Write the following: mstsc /v:ServerIP /console
Log in and try to run the software.
To catch errors, try the Windows event viewer.
With the results, you can contact to the software vendor support. For sure
they want to fix all that problems from their software and will attend you.
