Hi,

We have a vb.net application which is packaged using Installshield. We have
installed this application on the Terminal Server with the login that has
administrative privileges. This application uses the database on SQL Server
with windows authentication. When we open this application with admin user,
it works fine. But when we login with non-admin user, it gives the message
"The application has already been launched" even if it opened for the first
time. But when we add this non-admin user to the administrators group, then
the application works fine.

We have gone through this discussion group, and found similar questions
posted by other people. We have run the utilities Filemon and Regmon. But we
did not get any useful information that can resolve our issue. Please let us
know how to detect the problem using Filemon and Regmon.

Can anyone please help us how to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance!

Sharada
