Hi Everyone,
I'm having a very strange problem with 2 new terminal servers. They are both
running Windows 2003 Server, Standard edition with the latest critical
updates. The problem I am having is that when a user launches Internet
Explorer, there is an immediate Error 403: Access Denied error.
The strange part is that if the user then refreshes IE, the connection is
established.
The Internet Explorer Connection Settings are defined by a GPO that points
them to our ISA proxy server.
Also Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration component has been
uninstalled.
Any ideas?
