The licenses are not allocated until the user is authenticated the second
time, so if you see machines listed that you suspect are not from any of your
employees, then you should change your passwords, as your system has been
TSCALs have an expiration date that is 52-89 days from the issue date, so
they'll automatically be returned to the available pool of licenses after not
being used for this amount of time.
There is no way to selectively delete and reinstall individual licenses. If
you don't have any left, you can try calling the MSTF Clearinghouse and ask
them to issue you replacements for your current licenses.
