If you just want to see the application window without the TS desktop,
you'll need to buy Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server, which is a TS
add-on product. Citrix provides the notion of "seamless windows".

If a disconnected user session causes trouble with your app, go to the
RDP-TCP Properties in the Terminal Server Configuration tool. In the
Sessions tab configure a very short time to end a disconnected user session.
This setting forces the termination of the user session instead of just
disconnecting it.
