Remote Desktop Never Logs Out

We have a problem with a few Windows 2003 machines here that when
people login via Remote Desktop and log out, the session never actually
logs out. The window, if left alone, will get to the "Logging off..."
window and then hang forever. ANyone know of a fix for that?
