    Not really.
    Reconnect to disconnected sessions only works reliable when the
    sessions was disconnected at will by the user, but often does not
    work when the sessions was disconnected due to network problems.

    Have you tried to enable KeepAlives? It might help to stabilize
    your connection, or at least let the server detect earlier that
    the session is disconnected. And then you can set a very short
    time-out limit on disconnected sessions. Not a real solution, but
    they will become available sooner.
