Your question is not clear.
If you want your Windows 2000 Pro users to connect to Windows terminal
servers, they can do that exactly the same way as XP Pro users do.
If you want users to connect to their Windows 2000 Pro workstations to
remote control them as you can do with Windows XP Pro, then you are out of
luck if willing to use the RDP protocol. In this case you will need
something like VNC loaded on the 2000 PCs to remote control them.
