Most likely a missing driver on the server.
Check the EventLog on your TS. If you see any Events 1111, then
you have to map the local printer driver to a native driver on the
server, by creating a custom ntprintsubs.inf file.

Do *not* install any 3th party printer drivers on the TS, since
many of them are not TS-compatible and are known to crash your
spooler service or the TS itself!

I'm not sure about the "virtual USB port". You might need this
information as well:
