Users being disconnected after time

After an unknown amount of time, users are being
disconnected for no reason. I don't see anything in the
logs and all of the timeout settings are all to "Never"
or "0". I have tried adding the KeepAlive value in the
registry and it still doesn't work.

Clients are connecting to the server and after a while
they are just disconnected. They are using a program on
our server to do their work at their office. Any
suggestions you all might have to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance.
