You need to edit the %SYSTEMROOT%\web\tsweb\default.htm file on your W2k3
terminal server and change the variable
MsRdpClient.AdvancedSettings2.RedirectDrives to TRUE.
I also reworded the 'Login Area' section of this file so that its custom to
my company, added a corporate logo, some more details about the login, a link
to our helpdesk email etc... It's pretty easy to make it more user friendly.
