* if you only want Remote Desktop for Administration (2 concurrent
connections, for Administrators only, no additional licenses
required, but no multi-user support), then you should *not*
install Terminal Services. If you have already done so, uninstall
it again. You only need to enable Remote Desktop, exactly as you
do on XP (in Control Panel - System - Remote).
* if you want multi-user support (unlimited number of connections,
available to all users, additional licenses required), then you
must install Terminal Services + (at the latest after the grace
period of 120 days has ended) also Terminal Services Licensing
Server + install TS CALs.
* if running full Terminal Services as above, then *no* user gets
a free connection. Also Administrators must have a TS CAL in this
situation.
