while normaly I do see this when users connect.

Actually my bad, you did indeed say "TS Client software".
I must have subliminally inserted TS Web Client when I read it.
So I guess it's safe to say she's running Windows less than XP
then if you had her download the RDP client.
Just some thoughts....
Could it be something as simple as she's typing in the domain or IP
wrong and just happened to get it right once for the TSWeb URL?
You could create an *.RDP file yourself and send it to her
or have her download it from your web server to eliminate
that possibility. I've had to do this a number of times because
they for the life of them couldn't type the domain in correctly.
We started doing this after I seen domaindotthatsaperiodbythewaycom
as the server address for a customer that could not connect after several
attempts by support to get them connected. I can just imagine what other
addresses were tried previous to them giving up. <g>
Also try YourDomainAndOrYourIP:3389 with the RDP Client.
Have her system checked for Spyware and other such malware.
Have the hosts file checked for anything strange too.
If you can get her IP have a look see with a good port scanner
to see what's actually at the other end. I use nmap on my Linux
workstation for this so I can't recommend a good Windows one.
