All,
I need help troubleshooting ADP HRMS running on Windows 2003 Ent. TS. ADP
HRMS runs good from a Windows 2000 terminal server session and the
application runs good from Windows 2003 server console. The application
does not run good from the 2003 console session or other terminal server
sessions. When I say the application does not run good, I mean the
application moves between fields and enter text into input boxes very slowly
but eventually works.
ADP HRMS requires the JRE v1.3.1_07 (JRE) on the terminal server or any
client where you want to run ADP HRMS. ADP HRMS is a java application that
runs from a Windows 2000 application server and the client side is the JRE.
The only platform I have issues running ADP HRMS from is Windows 2003
terminal sessions. As I mentioned the application runs perfectly from 2003
console (not RDP console).
After extensive time working with ADP's third level support no resolution
could be obtained. I know a lot more detail would be helpful to aid in
troubleshooting this issue but I wanted to put out this initial information
to see what kind of response this newsgroup could offer.
Thanks in advance for your time,
Wade
