User profile is deleted when logging off

Hi Everyone, apologies if this has been asked before ...

When one of our users logs off from our W2K TS, their user profile is
deleted. What should I be looking at in stopping this from occuring? I don't
know if the same thing happens when the user disconnects. The TS is part of
a W2K domain and is running in Application mode.
