You cannot connect directly to the TS using dial-up (not as you can do with
Citrix). What you need is a RAS server (that can be the TS but I would not
recommend that) with the Digiboard on it. Then users will dial to the RAS
server and establish a connection, getting an IP. After that they can simply
hit the TS using the Remote Desktop Connection client.
