Problems installing Visual Studio 6 on 2003 Terminal Server

The Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition setup failed.

This is the error I receive when I try to install visual
studio 6 on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.

Any ideas where else to look for some answers?
