Thank your response.
I find that there exists a folder 'myApp' but in
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINNT\Start Menu\Programs\myApp" and there is a shortcut myApp to 'myApp.exe' inside this folder.
There is no such folder as "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.TESTSERVER.000\Start Menu\Programs\myApp".

Maybe the configuration is wrong in our TS? Also noticed there is no 'myApp' folder in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs".

Any idea will be appreciated.
