Thanks everyone for your suggestions. Here is some further information.

I turned off roaming profiles on the users account. I then logged in just
fine with no errors on the server and it created a local profile...that went
smoothly.

I then created a new roaming profile folder and tossed in the data from the
old one, just to test, and got the error.

So, then I wanted to check how it did with a blank folder for the roaming
profile. I deleted everything from the roaming profile folder and left it
blank. I logged in and I immediately got the same error as reported below.
So, it doesn't appear to be an issue with the roaming profile, but the
server is trying to load a profile for that user.

I don't know if that info will be of any help, but I thought I would toss it
out there...perhaps there is something else I should look at that I am
missing? I am open to suggestions.
