Well, yes, if 2 administrators are installing patches simultaneously,
you're likely to run into problems. The idea with the 2 concurrent
administrative sessions is that you really use only one, the second
one is mainly there to prevent you from being locked out of the
server when the first connection hangs or gets disconnected without
being terminated.
You can set a limit on the rdp-tcp connection and limit it to just 1
session, but remember that you then *can* lock yourself out. If you
do this, be sure to combine it with a short time-out limit on
disconnected or broken sessions, and reset the disconnected session.
