NetBT Event Viewer

Hi!

I am experiencing this problem:

Can anyone explain me what exaclty (in practice) what it implies?

I can browse computers on My Network Places fine.
And, I couldn't solve that problem following the steps on this article.
I am experiencing this promplem in some of my Windows Server 2003 servers.
