Hello Dana,
You can set the defaultdomainname value in the registry with a script for example.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\WinLogon\DefaultDomainName
Or use this one:

We have a new Win2003 network w/ WinXP workstations. Can I make it so
the workstation login always defaults to the user who sits there & the
domain we use (instead of the local computer) regardless of who logged
in before?
