Re: Some application can not access after map drive

NO errors. Actually I just wondering why. However some of the application is
there. A few only like C++.

Questions:

Possible I can copy the C folder to the server and share the resources, in
this case. HOW TO?

Hello John,

So your applications use ressources on a server? Then add the server
in IE to your trusted sites and try again.

Hello John,

If a policy for the Start menu is configured in the domain, it is
possible that you do not see them there. But you will still find
ALL installed programs under c:\program files\vendorfolder Did
you check under Add/remove programs that they are still
installed?

Some of the application in the local machine is not available
after the user log on to the domain.

Is there any configuration? Please guide me.

Thanks.

I could not find some application in the Start Menu or either in
the local drive of the machine itself. How to?

I did not defined any policy in the domain. How to? for me to use
the same application after logon to the domain.

YES, the program and application is still in the ADD/REMOVE
programs, and also in the programs file of local drive of this
machine.

The scenario is like this:

After the user log on to the domain, some programs and applications
can not be loaded like TURBO C. We are in the academe and deploying
our domain in the laboratory.

Take note, that the drive path is mapped directly to the server "Y".

Is there any workaround to fix this issue?

NO.

Programs in the local pc can not be accessed after logon to the
domain.

The local PC is not getting resources from the server.
