RPC over HTTP

I am trying to setup RPC over HTTP on a Windows 2003 server. The server is a
domain controller and is running Exchnage 2003. I do not have any other
servers in my enviroment. I have followed all the steps that Microsoft lists
in the KB articals. I have updated the registry entries and I have setup a
certificate. I am not haveing any luck getting a connection. I belive that
I have two problems.
1. I used a certificate from the microsoft certicifacte server and I don't
think I setup the cert server correctly so the certificate can never be
authenticated. I have logged into OWA and installed the cert under the
truseted enterprise root services, but I still get a certificate error when I
open outlook and when I open OWA. If anyone can point me to a doc that will
help me get the cert correct that will be a good start.
2. I am not sure how I am supposed to setup Exchange to make sure that the
RPC over HTTP is working correctly.
Thanks in advance.
Chad
