Hi,
As far as I know, if it was a volume purchase then you can login to MS site
for the licenses or call to MS to get the licenses.
Thank you,

I have a unique situation. I have a client that has a server which they
changed the Active Directory Admin password and now can't get back in. To
make a long story short, we purchased a new (different) server for them -
managed to move as much data from the old server to the new server and now
I
am left with migrating the remaining data from the old server to the new
server. However, I am having a problem with the licensing as they have
misplaced their paper CAL for their 25 user licenses but I managed to find
a
back up file of their CAL off their original server which I have -
SBSCALS.LIC. Is there some way to open this file and get the CAL off it?
The new server and old server has different hardware specs., and thus I
can
not use the Backup/Restore CAL feature in licensing. Even if I can send
it
to Microsoft and have MS extrapolate this information would be greatly
appreciated. I am at a loss as to where to go from here. I've even
rebuilt/reinstalled the OS in the old server but now I don't get the
option
to use the Backup/Restore feature in the OS. Thank you for your/any
assistance.
Regards,
Cory
