Does anyone have any contacts with Microsoft infrastructure guys so this
can
be fixed? They ignored my web-based "customer service request", and I'll
be
damed if I'm going to call PSS about this issue.

I'm not sure if this is a managed newsgroup. If it is, it should have been
picked up with an official response as I used my MSDN email account to post
the original message.
