Slow boot on Win 2003 server

I am setting up a Win2003 box to act as a web server. I haven't
installed much yet, but the computer is extremely slow to boot. I get
the logon screen pretty fast, then the wallpaper, but the icons take
about 10 minutes before they show up.

I checked the Event logs and didn't see any errors. I don't have a
virus checker installed yet. I ran a BootLog and nothing jumped out at
me. A bunch of fonts failed to load and I haven't tracked that down
yet, but I don't see any network problems.

Any ideas/
