Restoring file on damaged partition

Hey guys,

My Windows 2000 server machine crashed about a week ago. For some reason it
boots ok until it gets to the Loading Windows 2000 server screen and then I
get a blue screen of death with a disk error.
Seems to me that the boot portion of the disk might have gotten damaged.
I have a server running a two 80 gig disk raid 0 configuration (Mirror).
What would be the easiest way to get into windows so that I can take out
some important files I have inside and then I can worry about formatting it
afterwards.
I tried running a recovery using the Windows 2000 Cd with no luck.

Any suggestions?
Thanks much,

Teo
