Have you thought about using WinPE (or BartPE) to build an ISO to boot
with and then kick off an unattended build with the scsi drivers built
in? Do you have a RIS server setup? Who makes the server - dell, hp,
ibm, etc? I'm sure the manufacturer has some sort of utility that
allows you to vurtually control the server (HP provided the iLO board,
which support virtual media which is mapped to your local A: drive).

I had tried that many times. W2K3 will recognise the USB floppy drive during
the initial setup. I can still partition and format the logical drive. But
this only as far as the setup goes. It will prompt the "Insert diskette into
Drive A" after the format as it prepare to copy files to the harddisk.

For using external USB floppy drive install MS Windows Server 2003, just
press F2 when boot then enter to BIOS, looking for USB device and emulate it
as "Floppy". Because some of bios setting it to Harddisk. Just try, I'm
using this mainboard also.
