That is my problem. I previously tried to instll Win Server 2003 on a
machine which had XP. Now when I put the CD in and boot up, it asks me to
choose Win Server 2003 Setup OR Windows XP (which is already setup). When I
choose Windows server 2003 all sorts of bad things now happen. It tells me
ntoskrnl.exe is missing or corrupted. What I need to do in UNINSTALL the win
server 2003 setup and start all over because it has obviously become
corrupted. Then I need to proceed to install Win Srvr 2003 overwriting the
Win XP OS

What is the problem that you are running into?

What you should do is simply put Windows Server 2003 server CD into the
server and boot the server from CD. It will give you an option to delete
current Windows installation (if you wish so) and create and format new
partition. From here just follow the wizard...
